Section 646 IAC 5-6-13 - Vacation and leave of absence pay

Sec. 13.

Remuneration paid by an employer to an employee for vacation periods or leaves of absence, in the regular course of employment, is wages, and such periods of paid vacation or paid leave of absence is employment, as the employment relationship has not been terminated.
