Section 631 IAC 1-1-4 - Pleadings in subsequent proceedings

Sec. 4.

The applications or petitions for the review or modification of any award or order of the board shall be entitled with parties, plaintiff and defendant, as in the proceedings, in which the award or order was made, bear the number of the original proceedings and be filed therein.
