Section 631 IAC 1-1-18 - Advice and information furnished by executive administrator

Sec. 18.

The executive administrator will, upon request, advise any party as to the form of petition, answer, or other paper necessary to be filed in any case and furnish the information from the files of the board as will conduce to a full presentation of facts material to the controversy.
