Section 631 IAC 1-1-13 - Pleadings or depositions in foreign language; translation

Sec. 13.

No paper or document or deposition written in any foreign language shall be introduced in evidence unless it be accompanied by a correct English translation thereof, with proof that such translation is a correct copy of the original.
