Section 620 IAC 1-3-1 - Purpose

Sec. 1.

The purpose of this rule ( 620 IAC 1-3) is to establish administrative provisions concerning permanent and temporary variances under IC 22-8-1.1-19.1 and IC 22-8-1.1-20.1.
