Section 610 IAC 7-1-2 - Purpose

Affected: IC 22-8-1.1-38.1

Sec. 2.

Subject to contrary provisions of Indiana law, it is the intention of the Indiana commissioner of labor to enforce IC 22-8-1.1-38.1 in the same manner the United States Department of Labor enforces 29 U.S.C. 660(c).
