Sec. 8.
"Introductory library education" means at least nine (9) semester hours or twelve (12) quarter hours of approved library science education, taken through an accredited college or university. College level library science courses that educate the Librarian Certificate 6 in job responsibilities, the function and theory of public library operations, and the overall mission of the public library will be accepted.
