Section 590 IAC 3-1-8 - Agreements in writing; statistics for reimbursement

Sec. 8.

(a) All local agreements must be in writing and approved by the participating libraries' boards of trustees.

(b) Loans to individuals whose libraries have local agreements may not be counted and submitted as statistics for reimbursement as part of the statewide PLAC program.
