Sec. 3.
(a) An annual fee as determined by the Indiana library and historical board shall be collected for the PLAC under IC 4-23-7.1-5.1(b)(2).(b) An individual may pay for the PLAC by any method listed in IC 36-1-8-11 and approved by the library board. If payment is made by check, the check must be made out to the library issuing the PLAC.
