Section 575 IAC 1-7-30 - Windows

Sec. 30.

Frost-free windows may be installed. Windows and the windshield may be tinted but must comply with IC 9-8-6-38(e)[IC 9-8-6-38 repealed by P.L. 2-1991, SECTION 109.]. No person shall drive any motor vehicle which has:

(1) windshield;

(2) side wing; or

(3) side window;

which is part of a front door; which is tinted to the extent, or manufactured in such a way, that the occupants of the vehicle cannot be easily identified through that window.
