Sec. 31.
(a) Each bus must have at least one (1) dry-chemical fire extinguisher with a five (5) pound capacity and be equipped with a pressure gauge. The extinguisher must be mounted in the manufacturer's extinguisher bracket and must be accessible to the driver.(b) The fire extinguisher must display an Underwriter's Laboratories, Inc. rating of not less than 2A 10-B-C.(c) The fire extinguisher must have a hose.
