Section 52 IAC 4-4-7 - Delegation of hearing powers to administrative law judges

Sec. 7.

(a) The board shall appoint administrative law judges by written order.
(b) The board may delegate to an administrative law judge the power to hear a particular appeal. Delegations need not be in writing.
(c) The delegation of an administrative law judge to a particular appeal may be reassigned in the discretion of the board and without notice.
