Sec. 21.
(a) If the department determines an applicant meets: (1) the requirements under sections [section] 1.4, 1.6, 1.8, 4.1, or 6.1 of this rule to be eligible to serve students with exceptional needs;(2) the concentration developmental and content standards for:(A) "Exceptional Needs; Mild Intervention";(B) "Exceptional Needs; Intense Intervention";(C) "Exceptional Needs; Blind and Low Vision"; or(D) "Exceptional Needs; Deaf and Hard of Hearing"; and(3) all other applicable requirements under this title; the license shall list "exceptional needs" and the applicable concentration or concentrations as a content area.
