Section 515 IAC 10-1-17 - Out-of-state applicants

Sec. 17.

Any applicant from another state will be subject to the requirements set forth in sections 3 and 5 of this rule regardless of the license they may hold in another state. The applicant will complete the application requirements set forth in sections 6 and 7 of this rule.
