Section 511 IAC 7-50-1 - Applicability

Sec. 1.

This rule applies to the following:

(1) Education scholarship students as defined in section 2 of this rule.

(2) A school corporation as defined in IC 20-18-2-16.

(3) A charter school as defined in IC 20-24-1-4.
