Section 511 IAC 7-32-87 - "Special education planning district" defined

Sec. 87.

"Special education planning district" means the public school administrative unit responsible for the provision of special education and related services in a specified geographic area. A planning district may be:

(1) an individual public school corporation; or

(2) two (2) or more public school corporations that operate under a written agreement.
