Sec. 71.
"Parentally-placed nonpublic school students with disabilities" means students with disabilities who are enrolled by their parents in nonpublic, including religious, schools, home schools, or facilities, that meet the definition of elementary school in section 33 of this rule or secondary school in section 82 of this rule. The term does not apply to students with disabilities who have been placed in a nonpublic school by a public agency.
