Sec. 60.
"Local educational agency" means a public board of education or other public authority legally constituted for either administrative control or direction of, or to perform a service function for, publicly funded schools as such schools are established under the laws of Indiana. The term includes school corporations, charter schools not part of school corporations, and state-operated schools.
