Sec. 8.
(a) The governing body shall adopt a written statement of its roles, duties, and responsibilities. The governing body review [sic.] the statement regularly.(b) In addition to other duties and responsibilities, the governing body has responsibility to do the following:(1) Adopt and review regularly policies to guide the school's activities. The governing body shall incorporate the policies into a handbook and ensure that the handbook is given to each person who shares in the primary responsibility for policy development.(2) Approve and review regularly the school's budget.
