Section 511 IAC 6.1-9-12 - Advisory committee

Sec. 12.

The advisory committee on nonpublic schools is established to make recommendations to the board to assist the board in making decisions concerning nonpublic schools. The committee consists of seven (7) members, including the following:

(1) Four (4) members who represent nonpublic schools.
(2) The state superintendent, or the superintendent's designee, who shall act as chairman of the committee.
