Section 511 IAC 6-10-1 - Definitions

Sec. 1.

"Eligible institution" means an accredited public or private college or university located in Indiana that grants a baccalaureate or associate degree.

"Program" refers to the postsecondary enrollment program established under IC 20-30-11[IC 20-30-11 was repealed by P.L. 2-2007, SECTION 390, effective July 1, 2007.].

"Secondary credit" means credit toward graduation requirements granted by a student's school corporation upon the successful completion of a course taken under the program.
