Section 511 IAC 17-2-3 - Out-of-state applicants

Sec. 3.

Any applicant from another state will be subject to the requirements set forth in section 2 of this rule regardless of the license they may hold in another state. The applicant will complete the application requirements set forth in sections 1 and 2 of this rule.
