Section 511 IAC 1-7-1 - Residence in state longer than 30 days

Sec. 1.

In accordance with IC 20-33-2-3 IC 20-33-2 shall apply to a person who is not domiciled in Indiana and who intends to remain for a period of time in excess of thirty (30) calendar days.
