Section 50 IAC 5.1-13-1 - Severability

Sec. 1.

If any section or part of any section of any rule of this article or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other sections, parts, or applications of this article which can be given effect without the invalid section of any rule; and to this end the provisions of this article are severable.
