Section 50 IAC 5.1-1-10 - "Express company" defined

Sec. 10.

"Express company" means a company which:

(1) is engaged in the business of transporting property by land, air, or water; and

(2) does not itself operate the vehicles (except for terminal pickup and delivery vehicles) of transportation.
