Sec. 8.
(a) Ratio studies and value calibration analyses shall be used by local assessing officials to determine the need for and extent of annual adjustments required.(b) The standards contained in Part 1, Section 9 of the IAAO Standard on Ratio Studies (April 2013), as incorporated by reference in 50 IAC 27-1-4 shall be used to determine the annual adjustment actions required by the local assessing official.
