Section 50 IAC 27-2-8 - "Local assessing official" defined

Sec. 8.

"Local assessing official" means the:

(1) county assessor; or

(2) township assessor (if any);

who is responsible for performing local assessing duties in accordance with the Indiana Administrative Code.
