Section 50 IAC 26-7-12 - County abstract

Sec. 12.

Tax and billing software must be able to calculate, maintain, and output all data required to prepare the abstract of:

(1) property;

(2) assessments;

(3) taxes;

(4) deductions; and

(5) exemptions; under IC 6-1.1-22 and the abstract manual. The abstract data must be provided to the department in the format prescribed in 50 IAC 26-20.
