Section 50 IAC 24-3-3 - Date of ownership of homestead

Sec. 3.

The individual must own the homestead real property, mobile home, or manufactured home, or purchasing the real property, mobile home, or manufactured home under contract that requires the buyer to pay the property taxes on the date the application, or sales disclosure form serving as the application, is filed.
