Section 50 IAC 22-2-11 - "Redevelopment" defined

Sec. 11.

"Redevelopment" means the construction of new improvements on either of the following:

(1) Unimproved real estate.

(2) Real estate upon which a prior existing improvement is demolished to allow for new construction.
