Section 470 IAC 3.1-1-29 - "Surrogate parent" defined

Sec. 29.

"Surrogate parent" means an individual appointed in accordance with 470 IAC 3.1-13-5 to take the place of a parent for the purposes of this article, when no parent can be identified or located, or when the child is a ward of the state.
