Section 470 IAC 3.1-1-26 - "Qualified personnel" defined

Sec. 26.

"Qualified personnel" includes, but is not limited to, the following:

(1) Audiologists.

(2) Family therapists.

(3) Nurses.

(4) Registered dietitians.

(5) Occupational therapists.

(6) Orientation and mobility specialists.

(7) Pediatricians and other physicians.

(8) Physical therapists.

(9) Psychologists.

(10) Service coordinators.

(11) Social workers.

(12) Special educators or developmental therapists.

(13) Speech and language pathologists.

(14) Vision specialists, including ophthalmologists and optometrists.

(15) Parent-to-parent support personnel.
