Section 470 IAC 3-4.7-151 - Night care staffing

Sec. 151.

(a) There shall always be at least two (2) caregivers on duty at all times regardless of the child/staff ratio.

(b) Caregivers counted for purposes of meeting child/staff ratio requirements shall be awake at all times.
