Section 470 IAC 3-4.7-144 - School age staffing

Sec. 144.

(a) The child care center that enrolls school age children shall have at least one (1) caregiver qualified by training or experience to work with this age group.
(b) The caregivers serving school age children shall receive in-service training that relates to the specific needs of the children served.
