Sec. 13.
(a) The following individuals must provide to the verifying agency the results of an intradermal tuberculin skin test with documented results prior to residence, employment, or volunteer service:(2) All individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older residing in the home where child care is provided.(3) All employees and volunteer caregivers at the facility where child care is provided.(b) An individual with a history of latent or active tuberculosis shall provide documentation of an annual health assessment by a physician reflecting the results of symptom screening.
