Section 470 IAC 3-18-10 - Safe environment

Sec. 10.

(a) A provider shall provide for a safe environment by ensuring that firearms and ammunition are secured in a locked area, by key or combination, where children cannot gain access.
(b) A provider shall provide for a safe environment by ensuring that poisons, chemicals, bleach, and cleaning materials are stored in areas that are inaccessible to children.
