Sec. 2.
As used in this rule, "full-sized crib" means a child's bed which has an interior dimension greater than fifty-two and three-eighths (52 3/8) inches plus or minus five-eighths (5/8) inch in length, and twenty-eight (28) inches plus or minus five-eighths (5/8) inch in width. With the mattress support in its lowest position and the crib side in its highest position, the vertical distance from the upper surface of the mattress support to the upper surface of the crib side or end panel shall not be less than twenty-six (26) inches.
