Section 470 IAC 3-1.1-24 - Child care home maximum capacity

Sec. 24.

A maximum of fifteen (15) children who are less than eleven (11) years of age may be present in the Class I child care home at any one (1) time during any part of the day. This number includes the caregiver's own children, related children, unrelated children, and any part-time child care children present.
