Section 465 IAC 4-2-10 - "Nonrecurring guardianship expenses" or "NRE" defined

Sec. 10.

"Nonrecurring guardianship expenses" or "NRE" means a portion of a guardianship assistance agreement that provides for payment or reimbursement for reasonable and necessary guardianship fees, court costs, attorney fees, and other expenses that are directly related to the creation of a guardianship of a child as provided in 42 U.S.C. 673(d)(1)(B)(iv) and section 19(4) of this rule.
