Section 465 IAC 4-1-7 - "Adoptive child" defined

Sec. 7.

"Adoptive child" means an individual who, before becoming eighteen (18) years of age:

(1) has been or is being adopted by an adoptive parent; and

(2) is the beneficiary of an adoption assistance agreement.
