Section 465 IAC 4-1-14 - "Sibling group" defined

Sec. 14.

"Sibling group" means a group of two (2) or more children who:

(1) are children of the same parent;

(2) are or will be adopted by the same adoptive parent; and

(3) are residing or will reside in the same home.
