Section 465 IAC 3-3-20 - Agency record; judicial review

Sec. 20.

(a) If the appellant is not satisfied with the department's final action, the appellant may file a petition for judicial review in accordance with IC 4-21.5-5.

(b) The record of the administrative proceedings for purposes of judicial review shall include all items described in section 19(a) of this rule.

(c) The department will advise the parties that Indiana Trial Rule 5(G) and Administrative Rule 9(G) may apply to a judicial review petition and any part of the hearing record or transcript filed with a court.
