Section 465 IAC 3-1-8 - "Indiana adoption assistance program" defined

Sec. 8.

"Indiana adoption assistance program" means the program administered by the department to provide adoption financial assistance or subsidies through periodic payments, Medicaid coverage, and reimbursement of nonrecurring adoption expenses, under the Title IV-E adoption assistance program ( 42 U.S.C. 673 ) or state adoption subsidy (IC 31-19-26.5 ).
