Section 465 IAC 3-1-12 - "Report" defined

Affected: IC 31-33-8-8

Sec. 12.

"Report" means a written report of a completed assessment, following an initial report of possible child abuse or neglect, that the department receives and that is:

(1) described in IC 31-33-8-8; and

(2) approved by an authorized employee of the department.
