Sec. 20.
(a) The foster family shall provide food of sufficient quality and quantity to meet the nutritional, medical, and psychological requirements of the child. The child's diet shall be well-balanced. The foster parents shall: (1) provide any special diets as recommended by the child's physician; and(2) accommodate the child's cultural and religious needs.(b) There shall be adequate and appropriate facilities for the:(c) The room used for eating shall provide space to enable the child and foster family to eat together as a family group.(d) The child shall not be forced to eat nor shall the withdrawal of food be used as punishment.
