Sec. 72.
(a) The giving or application of medication, providing dietary supplements, making special variations of diet, and carrying out medical procedures shall be done only on written order or prescription from a physician.(b) Medication prescribed for an individual child shall be kept in the original container bearing the original pharmacy label showing the prescription number, the date filled, the physician's name, directions for use, and the child's name.(c) When no longer needed, medication shall be returned to the physician or destroyed, and notation of such destruction or return shall be noted on the child's record.
