Section 460 IAC 9-1-14 - "Intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded" defined

Sec. 14.

"Intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded" has the meaning as described in 42 CFR 483.400 through 42 CFR 483.480 (10-1-95).
