Sec. 17.
"Support team" means a team of persons, including an individual, the individual's legal representative, if applicable, an individual's providers, provider of case management services, and other persons who:
(1) are designated by the individual;
(2) know and work with the individual; and
(3) participate in the development and implementation of the individual's ISP.
