Section 460 IAC 6-5-13 - Family and caregiver training services provider qualifications

Sec. 13.

To be approved to provide family and caregiver training services, an applicant shall be approved to provide either:

(1) community habilitation and participation services; or

(2) residential habilitation and support services; under this article.
