Sec. 8.
(a) A parent or a legal guardian of an applicant or an eligible individual is permitted to be involved in the individual's vocational rehabilitation services and to have access to this information on the same basis as the individual himself or herself.(b) If an individual is an adult or emancipated minor, all VR program determinations, actions, and information are confidential.
